Giottos GTMH1312-652

I am looking for a head to go with my Manfrotto tripod. The Giottos GTMH1312-652 looks like a good idea. It is rated for 6 Kg, but some review I read said that was very optimistic.

I plan to use it mainly for macro and but also for general photography. I have a K5 and currently use the 18-135 WR with a Raynox 250. I plan to get the 100WR macro at some point and may be the DA*50-250 in the very distant future.

Would this head be enough or I am better of with the slightly larger Giottos GTMH1311-652 ?

Have you got the 611 or the smaller 612?

Would it be good enought for a heavier lens combo ?
