Gannets in flight

Ive visited Bempton a few times over the years, and have visited with the K20d, my K5 and now the K-3. With the first 2 locking on to the sea was an issue (as it was with my friends Nikon D300), but I little if any trouble on the K-3, most the AF issues were where it locked onto the body or couldn't keep up as the birds came within a couple of metres as they wizzed past at times!

Anyway here are a few with the K-3 taken as the sun was low and often behind some thin cloud.
