Gallery and shutter speed

Maybe not the first to comment on this but when you look at the exif on pics in the gallery you get some odd fractions which do my head in and leave me saying I can't be bothered to fire up the calculator

Is there a way to show shutter speed in the way you'e normally expect to see it?
K10D - Pentax 18-55mm kit - Pentax DA 55-300mm - Pentax FA 50mm 1.4

I brought this up before and Peter Bargh said that it was apparently quite tricky to get this right. I've certainly seen the likes elsewhere but then again other places get it right. Does seem a bit daft though.

If I actually care (which isn't often) I just load it into PhotoME.

It is annoying, however.

Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.

Strange. The entries for this week's competition all show sensible shutter speeds. Maybe the IT people have managed to fix the problem?
