Does the lens produce the artifact at all focal lengths and is the artifact always in the same place? It looks a bit like a dust spot on the sensor from the image you have posted and if so, with care, can be dealt with!

And the size and darkness will change as the aperture changes? I still think it is a dust spot on the sensor and not the lens being at fault.

3. The most important problem is that the selected programs don't work properly if not in "live view" mode. (In "Live view" mode everything works fine) For example if I select Av, the shutter speed value is never selected properly. It always is the smallest possible value of 1/8000 s. I've used the camera in full manual mode (M) so it wasn't much of a problem for me.
People might be interested to know whether this is a problem only when using the 18-135, or if it applies to other lenses also.

It is probably a daft question, but have you tried resetting to factory settings

Looking for £300 for all the stuff.
Shutter count is less than 17 000. Everything works BUT there are few PROBLEMS:
1. There's a bit of dust particles under the screen
2. The lens produces a circle artifact on images as you can see on the sky picture in the top right corner

Let me know if you have any questions.
