FS Pentax FA* 80-200 f/2.8

Over the next few weeks I will be rationalising my camera equipment in terms of what i need for commissioned work, I am keeping two K3s and a few lenses, but will be selling some of my Pentax kit to help fund a FF camera body for wedding work and high ISO requirements.

Anyway, the first item up for sale is a Pentax SMC FA* 80-200mm f/2.8 [IF] ED is part of the classic silver-colored professional grade lens series made by Pentax, Of which I own two so will be keeping one and selling the other.

Typical for lenses of this design era it is a full format lens and when used on today's APS-C DSLRs its field-of-view is equivalent to about 120-300mm. I have used these lenses for the majority of my equine work which can be viewed on my website www.k2photographic.com

The lens is in very good condition but has signs of use on the tripod collar and hood, but the optics are mint. The lens has original caps, but the protective case is not the original.

Well seems they are probably ` premium` price as a limited production , so are buying it LB for £ 800 ?

Fletcher 8 might be interested myself , as weighing up a Tamron 70-200 2.8, to add. Being new to Pentax , assume this lens is a rated `legacy` model having just read the reviews etc.
