FS or Exchange: Studio Light kit

I have a Lencarta Studio Light Kit, which i got around christmas time.
I have been playing around with it and would really like to get into it more. We are just about to move to a smaller house and with our little kid, it won't be so practical to set up and use well.

For this reason i would like to sell it on or swop for some other stuff.

I would like about £300, as i really haven't used it much.

The kind of stuff i would be interested in for a swop includes:
10-20mm sigma lens / 12-24mm pentax / 14mm pentax
flashes - pentax 360 or 540
k20d batteries / battery grip
A nice tripod

If wanted, I can take some actual pics of my kit tommorow.
