FS: Tamron 28-75/2.8 XR Di LD (IF) - Exc cond & Boxed.

For Sale: Pentax AF mount, Tamron 28-75mm f2.8 XR Di LD Aspherical (IF) zoom lens. Very well regarded lens indeed.

This is a MADE IN JAPAN version, later ones are apparently made elsewhere with poorer build/QC (so says the internet chatter)

Complete with original box, packing, lens caps, lens hood, a complete original package. Also with a Hoya 67mm HMC skylight filter.

Condition: Excellent used condition, the previous owner managed to mark the front optics slightly, but I knew this and I have never had any image quality issues at all with this lens. The front optic has a very tiny dot approx 1mm across at the extreme edge (1mm from edge) and another tiny mark approx 3mm long, again at the extreme edge of the front optic, approx 3mm from the edge. They are most likely out of the image circle of the lens. The marks can be seen on the photo of the front optic, on the bottom left corner at approx 7pm & 9pm. (the other marks seen on the top edge are cleaning marks and are no longer present!)

I bought a 17-50mm f2.8 recently but if I hadn't I'd have gone for this. Good price IMO
