Its the Tamron AF 70-300mm F/4-5.6 Di LD MACRO 1:2 version, with box instructions front and rear caps.
This [link=http://s941.photobucket.com/albums/ad254/weldingblues/Tamron%2070-300mm/ ]link[/link] shows shots taken with the lens and the actual lens (all taken quickly in the cold and rain, camera set to green position, and low JPG setting (left over from work shots)
