very interested in your lens. Is it free of the usual scratches, dust, haze and fungus in the optics? Also, (call me dense), what does RMSD mean?

No scratches, fungus or haze - Dust there may be a small amount (there often is in a lens of this age) but I can't see any with the naked eye.

I see the RMSD question has already been answered

overall it's not far off mint.
