FS: Sigma Aspherical IF 24-135mm f2.8-4.5

My experience with this lens concurs with the write-ups, and I will emphasise that wide open at 24mm this lens is very soft! Having got that out of the way, there is a lot going for it - the range is good and sharpness is excellent above max aperture. It's totally out of place on the K-01 though, which is why it's going. It doesn't have the hood or case, but does have a slimeline "pro" polarising filter - this is attached in the photos. Price is £75 delivered in the UK.

Sorry I have this lens with Canon mount, but some of the sigmas work on Pentax and Canon. Is it possible that my old Sigma(canon mount)will work with K-5?

No, only with a Pentax mount.

Not unless it is a changeable mount one such as the old T2 series where you could swap the mount over. (I'm Not sure Sigma made those in any event.) A Canon mount is totally different and simply wouldn't fit a Pentax as I'm sure you are already aware if you've tried.
