In general excellent conditions if not for the edge of the front lens with the signs of the oil that allows the internal movement (see last picture).
With no problems in operation and no influence on the pictures performance.
The cleaning of frontal lens can be easily performed by any photo repairer.
The warranty of italian dealer I purchased expires in November 2013.
