FS: Pentax M 200mm f4 Prime Lens

Battle scarred but optically sound 200mm Pentax M telephoto lens. I have used this lens and its very nice - but I tend to use my 80-200 zoom in preference, so its up for sale.

The paint is a little worn and chipped, and someone has etched a 'K' into the lens hood! (See pics).

Mint examples of this lens sell for around £90 or more on evilbay. I'm asking for £55 OVNO + postage, in recognition that the lens is not cosmetically perfect.







If no-one makes an acceptable offer, I will place it on ebay in a week's time.

Does it have the built in hood?

It does. The hood is retracted on the pics to allow the clean unscratched front element to be seen. The k is actually etched on the front of the lens barrel rather than the hood!

This was a lens I really fancied but I should resist I think as my 135M gets very few outings. I understand it is an excellent lens of its time. Don't fancy a swap I suppose?

Sorry Mike, I had already put it on ebay and unfortunately it's just been bid on, after very little interest for days... so i'll let it run its course. I don't think you would have been thrilled with it to be honest
