FS: Pentax 645 equipment

I have resigned myself to the fact that I will not own a 645D in the foreseeable future so I will be selling my existing 645 equipment.
I haven't worked out prices, or taken photos yet, but if you are interested in any of the items please PM me with an indication of how much you would want to pay (obviously there is no commitment on your part as you haven't seen photos or had a full description yet). I have been given Part-ex prices, some of which seem fair, others less so.

The items I have are:
645N body + 120 insert (Exc)
35mm A (Exc)
55mm A (Good)
120mm FA (Exc) + box
150mm FA (Exc) + box
300mm A (Optics very good, barrel a bit tatty)
1.4 x A converter (Very good)

please note there is a tiny screw cap missing from the ISO dial on the 645N body.
