My K100d is my backup body for the moment. I'd rather like better high iso capability but can't justify the K5 or Kr this year. I NEED a replacement car...

Lens arrived safely. As usual I managed to be out for the first delivery, or I'd have been able to play with it over the weekend.
Thanks for the prompt service Danny.

I used to have the Canon 1.4x II and 2x II extenders, as well as the Kenko PRO 1.4x teleconverter, and it was possible to stack them all with the Canon 100-400mm L. If I remember correctly the order was: camera + Kekno + Canon 1.4x + Canon 2X + lens. Now I am thinking of re-purchasing extenders, and I laid my eye on the III versions...
When the III extenders came out, however, I read that it was not possible to stack them as the II versions. Is it true? Is it not possible to stack the 2x III and the 1.4x III?
Is it possible to stack the 2x III and the 1.4x II?
If stacking is possible, do you stack them in the same order as I did with the II versions?

Very strange post considering the subject and nothing to do with Pentax but to answer your question anyway, no it is not possible to stack the MKIII converters, best you can do is the 2x MKII and 1.4x MKIII

We also have 2x Da 18-55 WR Lenses so one of those is up for sale too.
The K-7 is boxed and complete with every original accessory, perhaps uniquely with the bonus that none of them have ever been used (an advantage of having more than one body!) apart from the battery.
It is in as mint condition as you would hope for in a 2nd hand body which is completely clean with no marks, dings or scrapes with the only sign of use being the green and red paint has rubbed of the mode dial which gives it a clean silver look! In just under 2 years it has shot less than 8200 shots, so around 80 a week on average.
The DA 18-55WR has very rarely been used and is the same age as the K-7 above (can tell as both barcodes have been taken from the boxes for cash-back) and is in mint, as new condition.
This is the newer weather sealed version so not the cheaper DA-L version and as such has the metal mount and comes complete with both front and rear caps and genuine hood. This lens is not a box split and comes complete with original box and manuals.
The K-7 is priced at £400 including RMSD and the 18-55WR at £60 also including RMSD. If you would like both for £450, you are most welcome!
Available to view / buy in Aylesbury, Bucks or payment accepted via bank transfer.
