FS: Flagship Pentax camera with accessories!

Hi.

Since I have recently upgraded my camera body, all despite the DxO advising that my previous camera had still a "better" sensor, I currently have for sale my trusty, gripped (dedicated, genuine Pentax battery grip) and flaghip in Pentax range when bought, 5IIs with an astrotracer (O-GPS1) and a free lens (Pentax SMC DA 50mm f/1.8 - brand new and never used, worth between £89 and £99, in an unopened box) to get you started. As we all know this, Pentax flagship cameras are weatherproof and made with the use of magnesium alloy and stainless steel body/chassis, which is impressive to say the least. In addition to this, the 5IIs features OLPFless sensor, which has a potential of taking sharper photographs. The camera has most of its accessories inherited from my 3II (as they are the same and I kept the 5IIs' used ones for myself), so there is a brand new, unpacked strap, new viewfinder cover, new Digital Camera Utility 5 software, new battery charger D-BC90. The battery itself is going to remain used, same as, obviously, the camera body, battery grip and the astrotracer, but all devices are in a fantastic, I would say "like-new", and clean condition. All boxes, manuals, even receipts from the main British photography equipment specialists (oldest dated August 2013), to prove that I am the genuine and first owner, are available. Nothing is missing, everything is in a fully working order and complete, even the notorious X-sync socket cover, I only cannot find the astrotracer box as yet, although I know I have it somewhere. It's just difficult to find, as it's small, so I might not find it before actual sell, but then, if I come across it later, I will duly post it, if required.

I wish this set not to be sold separately, with perhaps the exception of the battery grip (£95) or astrotracer (£75), which could go on their own. Both the camera body, battery grip and astrotracer, as already mentioned above, are in a perfect condition, as they were very well looked after. Current actuations count is 7888 (shutter tested to over 150k cycles). Along with the Pentax general manual I am also willing to attach a dedicated and insightful e-book on Pentax K-5/5II/5IIs free of charge, plus a voucher with a special 20% discount off 1-year membership on the Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan (down from £8 to £6 a month), which includes Lightroom.

I am going to perform some photo-session tomorrow of the above gear, so I could attach some photographs to this topic. Price for the whole lot - £485. No offers, please.

I forgot to add that a personal pick up would be the preferred method of "delivery", but I am also willing to deliver the gear in person within, say, 30-40 miles radius of Poole in Dorset. In case of posting a parcel, I will need to ask to cover the costs. I will find out about the exact amount of posting costs soon.

Payment would be by bank transfer. Posting within the UK preferably, but some EU countries could also be considered

So, to wrap up:

- Pentax K-5IIs (used, but in "like new" condition, with 7888 actuations)
- Pentax battery pack D-BG4 (used, but in "like new" condition)
- Pentax GPS/astrotracer unit O-GPS1 (used, but in "like new" condition)
- Pentax SMC DA 50mm f/1.8 lens (brand new and unused)
- ebook on Pentax K-5/5II/5IIs (PDF)

Plus all the accessories (which, with the exception of the Pentax D-LI90 battery, are brand new and unused), standard Pentax manuals, software and boxing (still no box for the astrotracer though..).

All for £485. Free delivery within 30-40 miles of Poole in Dorset. Insured commercial delivery would apparently cost around £25, from what I gathered.

I highly and honestly recommend this bargain!

Apologies for any inconvenience but I decided to keep the 5IIs as a second body, thus wish to withdraw the above offer. This camera is just too good to part with!

Sensible decision in my opinion. I still use my K-5IIs a lot more than the K-3II.

The K-5IIs will always be a classic.
