I've bought a genuine Pentax 67 lens adapter for the 645 from Japan which is faulty. Given the aggro of sending it back, reclaiming the duty etc. it seemed easier to trade it.

It looks like the lens locking pin on the 645 side is jammed in - I presume this means it won't lock on the camera. My only 645 is a 645D and I don't want to risk trying it on that!

65 posted to the UK - any interest?

Have you tried contacting the seller? I find that Japanese eBay sellers care a lot about their service. It might be something that was picked up before sale too.

Totally agree with HarisF1, I've purchased many items from Japanese sellers, worth a try, you've nothing to lose

I have had the same issue and it is an easy fix. The problem is that the mechanism relies on a very weak right angle shaped piece of metal which easily gets bent. If you unscrew all of the screws with a jewellers screwdriver you can take the whole thing apart and bend back the metal piece to right angles. I did this on mine and it is back like new.
