No it does not have warranty left. Sorry I cannot remember exactly when it was bought, but I think it was around 2009.
I do have box and serial number sheet.

If it's for birding then the DA* is a lot quieter and I've been in situations where I know the FA*300 I looked at would have been too noisy and the bird flown - if the F* is as noisy then it's worth considering the DA*. I found the DA* a tad sharper but the AF on the FA a tad faster, though not much in it at all.

The reason for sale is as I am getting old, I am looking to trim my kit.
Everything works beautifully, no scratches and comes with original hood and case (which has a handle to carry it)
