FS: DA 16-45mm

Selling my DA 16-45mm F4, I'm not the first owner but the lens is in great condition, unboxed but has always lived nicely in the camera bag when not being used. Comes with original hood and both caps.
I can't fault the lens at all, have always loved it, especially the 16mm end but then desperately need a lens for travelling use, plus the 10-17mm fisheye covers the wider stuff nicely hence the sale.
Looking for £160+postage. (or a swap if you have the Sigma 18-125mm DC OS HSM)

I know you say your not the first owner but how old is it?
Looking for a 16-45 to go with my K20D I've ordered and this is much cheaper than brand new (£225)

I wouldn't lie, if you want a number I honestly don't know.
I wouldn't attempt a guess, as anything wrong would be lying. All I can say is that it has been very well taken care of, and it's condition is as you can see in the pics, excellent.
It doesn't have any smell of smoke or stuff like that either.
I've tried my best but sorry if I can't answer your questions.
If you know anyone with a copy of the 16-45 maybe ask them how old theirs is, and compare the serial number to this one?

Maybe I can help with input about the earlier life of this lens (on the assumption that it is the one Adrian bought from me a couple of months ago).
I bought it new from SRS roughly 2 years ago (I'd have to go through my bank records to be absolutely accurate), and always cossetted it and treated it with the proverbial kid gloves, and with the degree of care & respect to which such a fine precision instrument is entitled in my opinion. It never sustained any damage or mistreatment, and I had entirely satisfactory results from it
