Item for sale is DA* 55mm with HOYA Digital HRT UV-CIR Polariser Filter.

Lens comes with all original accessories and fully boxed, including unused original lens pouch. It's in fantastic condition, perfect optically and spot on focus accuracy wide open with focus adjustment dialled in (+7 on my K-5, presumably this varies depending on camera body).

Why am I selling? I love the lens but as I mostly shoot landscapes it sees far less use than it should for such a top piece of glass and the money could be better spent elsewhere.

Looking for £470 ideally via Bank Transfer (will also accept Paypal) to include RMSD.

Cheers,

James

Final price drop - £450

One of these sold for that price here very recently (similar condition apparently) so I'm considering the CPL an added bonus - it's only been used a couple of times so is basically mint - and just to reiterate, the lens itself is in fantastic condition and includes ALL original accessories and packaging.

If I sell this I'll be putting some of the money towards a 'fast 50' with a 49mm filter thread, so if anybody is looking to upgrade I'd be happy to come to a part exchange arrangement - guess I'd be looking at F/FA 50mm 1.4 and 1.7s.

Cheers!

Is a D Fa 50mm 2.8 a bit too slow for what your after?

Yeah I'm afraid I'm really looking for f2 or faster. Planning to pair with my da15 for travelling so more interested in low light / shallow focus for portraits than macro. Many thanks for the suggestion though!

That's a shame I live in Leeds as well, although proximity is no basis for picking lenses. Hope you find the lens you want
