Quick question on these, will this enable off camera HSS? Also, do you know if it will work with a Metz flash? If so, I grab one new for a tenner, seen as this one is sold.
Pentax K5ii / Tammy 17-50 / Pentax-F 50 1.7 / Siggy 70-300 / Siggy 150-500 / and my favourite Pentax-A 70-210.

Sorry no idea if it supports HSS - there were no instructions with mine and the 7day shop site doesn't help! I would assume the Metz should be fine - but don't quote me
