Your Vivitar 28mm f2.8 Close Focus is a great lens!
I have the M42 screw mount version and if the serial number starts with 28 it is made by Komine.

Yep! It's very good and the build quality is up there with the Pentax K/M lenses. The close focus is great for street photography etc since can pretty much just leave it on infinity the whole time.Your Vivitar 28mm f2.8 Close Focus is a great lens!

Mines the K02 version from the bestiary if I remember right - probably the best of the K mounts
