I don't think it will. I have one of the same description and it will not AF with the SDM lenses. Screw drive fine.

My 1.5x TC works with SDM/HSM lenses and the 18-135mm

My other AF TC doesn't work with any of them (only screw drive) so at least it will give a better idea than non at all

I am sure this will not auto focus with HSM lenses. I bought one for use on my 50-135mm & it didn't work, unless it was faulty???

It works with some lenses and not others ! It does like a large aperture though ! which isn't surprising for any converter

Seems I overpriced this, so now going for 75 inc RMSD in UK
