From Blackfriars

I was lucky to gain access to a rooftop near Blackfriars Station recently through a work contact who heard that I liked photography. So I had the roof to myself for 30 minutes or so last week on a lovely, brisk late winters afternoon.

I took the K7 & just one lens, the Tamron AF70-300mm f4.5-5-6 Di LD

An interesting set Nigel. The light in No.6 is most suitable.

Best regards

Thanks guys I'm with you on 2 & 8, and yes, 6 has the advantage of angle giving more side lighting.

8,2,3 and 6
They're all lovely but those 4 in that order for me. Great to get a different perspective from the roof. Not something you see much of, so you have made great use of the chance to see it.
Cracking set.

Thanks Top-banana and Derek ...(that makes it sound like you need a more interesting name Derek ) ..... I appreciate your comments. I hope to get back up there soon on a morning to catch the light from the other way.
