Now now, we only bite when angry!

Advice and criticism are freely given and, in most cases received in the way they're meant.

But if you want criticism.....

Well, I have tried a few forums, some are hostile to be honest, went to one today and answered a topic on pentax/canon, it would seem that some replies felt very aggresive to me.
To be honest I was glad to get back to this forum
My thoughts are that Pentax owners are a friendly bunch

I often go to another site and yes the users their seem like a very wild and agressive bunch.
It's nice to come back here and fall into the safety net of Pentax User. There are some moaners here, like me, but I feel we all pull together when we need a bit of TLC......

Oh throw me a sick bag

Yes, this is the friendliest forum of them all. Forums are too often places where people go to grind their personal axes... not so much here.

Clearly none of you have met George yet!

seriously though, I have been a regular member on a number of forums in my time, and this is probably the friendliest of the lot. Certain characters have managed to try our collective patience over the years but generally you have to try pretty hard to annoy us.
you don't have to be mad to post here

but it does help

I'm sure George will be most put out that you haven't noticed him here of late. He posted only yesterday, I think.

Admittedly it wasn't one of his most memorable remarks, but still...
