Seriously great images, especially the last one. Reminds me of the Hovis ads of yore. Excellent work.

Number 4 has that extra something. think it is just the simple paving patterns in the lovely light. very good.

I very much like 2 & 3, Lenny - they both, in different ways, invite us into parallel worlds (and the processing in 2 is top notch).

The detail in #4 is brought out wonderfully by the early light - e.g. the cobwebs round the door handle half way down the alley.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

some good images ,John. like the shop it looks like a real emporium, nicely spotted abstract on 2. the alleyway is top notch ,definitely wants framing. for me the flowers are the weakest as i find the oof areas through the leaves very distracting as they are devoid of any detail yet i feel i ought to see a hint of something
odd lens or 2

Thanks for the very kind comments The Alley (which seems to be the most popular) usually has the door closed so I've never noticed it before. There were so many elements to it that I could see the possibilities straight away!
