Fountain - opinions please

Been messing with this photo of a local fountain, I'm not 100% happy with it but can't work out why. Any thoughts?

I'm about to patent HWR - high water resolution, you take 3 or five exposures using different shutter speeds and then the software blends then together thereby pleasing everyone.
