As in the soft drink of yore, dandelion & b....

Also, the inspiration for the invention of Velcro!

Brought indoors & photographed in available daylight.

K5, 100mm D FA Macro, 25 seconds @ f22, iso 160.

I remember these only too well from my youth as I spent hours picking them out of my jumpers!

Personally I would prefer to see it in its natural environment, but that's only a personal preference and not a criticism of the shot, which is excellent.

Thanks, David.

I wanted to try & get a more formal, "botanical illustration" type of image of the structures within the head of the plant.

I would, generally, agree with your preference for an image more au naturelle!
