Don't include a "less than or equal to" sign in a post. Anything you type afterwards will be truncated when you post! I just lost a load of stuff I typed.

Very frustrating!

Test: one two <= three

So, if I put a < symbol in, everything else disappears?

Dan

Oops, just realised it was "Less than or equal to".

Try an Equals sign afterwards.

< = jashdkjas aksjddaskj kasjdfhkdfa

A space between them is fine apparently.

Sorry I edited my post. At one point I though it was Less Than as well (without the Equals).

I presume you actually mean less than followed by equals which will loose everything from the < .

A less than or equals to symbol is a less than { < } but with a double line on the bottom.

In fact id you follow the < with a full stop . or } and several others the same problem occurs ...

If you put < = without the space it will disappear until you put = > again without space and it will start again.

Ah, well, when writing HTML code, you use < !-- followed by a closing -- > (again, without the spaces ) to add comments into the code which aren't actually shown in the page when it's rendered in a browser. It's handy to use so that you can keep track of what the code refers to.

Apparently there are plenty of combinations of < and other characters that produce the same result.
