Especially with the weather we've been having. Some nice long shadows appearing now as the sun drops but it's all too late.

I thought this was a very good competition subject. Shame that I was too busy to get an entry together. And it seems that others also didn't find the right opportunity. Maybe this theme should be given another chance at some later time...

Don't know if it shows here as it is in a hidden Picasa WEB album. Just in case, here is the link to the same shot in the PPG (that is very slow loading just to see one pic, though).

I would have loved to go out and find something like that or something completely different. Alas it wasn't to be.

The main problem for me was exif and dates. (pics were fine)
Should have started demanding those earlier. As soon as pics were posted.
But I was quite busy as well...

I still hope that the comp will continue and soon there will be more entries too. And there will be new names in the winners list as well.

I have always found the biggest problem was the stipulation that images be shot within the competition period - I'm too busy taking pictures for other reasons to generally stop and do that.

I entered this time as I thought not many pictures were being posted, so I'd help the numbers, but sadly forgot about the time rule.
