K1 with grip don't know shutter count but it will be very low probably less than 5000 £950 for both manfrotto 405geared head and 058 tripod the big heavy one with heavy duty armoured case will have to price them not got a clue don't use cameras any more got into cycling also lastolite backlight thing 2nd largest one with floor only used twice £140

Realised selling lastolite collapsible hi lite background and vinyl floor too cheap will put on ebay

Was considering asking for details of this (and some photos) but I'll take a look when it comes up on Ebay I guess
