I'd eat the sausage dish. I make a lot of Indian Dhal dishes. Lentils are really nice once you get over the hippy stigma about them.

Sausage and lentils is a classic. Delicious. Looks even better in Smeggy's version .

Believe me those are the most delicious Italian sausages I have ever tasted, made by a local Italian Deli. The owner of the restaurant owns an estate in Umbria and all the house wine, olive oil and salamis and hams come from it. If you have never tasted Puy lentils then get some tomorrow
