Focus Stacking. HOW?

Can anyone out there give a full description of how to focus stack and then put it all together using P.S.6.?
OR point me in the right direction where I can find some instruction.
Please use as simple an explanation as possible. As you all know I'm 125yrs old and need words of one syllable where possible.:

if you have access to a laptop/ tablet plus a pc then watch the tutorials on the small screen (pausing when needed) and follow instructions with an image in Photoshop on your pc
