flu card offer

i purchased a k-s1 , and about 3 weeks ago posted a form for to claim a flu card and cashback redemption,however I have yet to receive an acknowledgement. I cannot find contact details on the ricoh website.
Has anyone else encountered a similar delay

and does anyone know where i can find the contact details?

i phoned pentax today , the person said someone would call back , but this has not happened.Also and somewhat amusingly the pentax person was aware of cashback offer , but did not know what a "Flu" card was. wonder if pentax outsource the work or another department deals with "flu" card offer.

k-s1 is a big improvement over k7 .

Just need to find more details about Flu CARD.

I too am waiting on both cash-back and the flu card. Both are post sale fulfilment, so I expect a bank transfer for the cash and a packet in the post.

JohnX I received the call yesterday , the message stated between 7-10 days . As yet have not checked my bank balance.

Thanks. I must be patient! That said, I noted elsewhere that the offer accepts claims up to 15 March, so I was wondering if they do the cashback and mailing after then in one big go?
