Been a crazy crazy week, found out on Saturday afternoon Simple Minds wanted me to shoot their Manchester show for their Facebook page. Then yesterday afternoon got the go ahead to shoot Florence & The Machine at Nottingham Arena, beautiful lighting, a little LED but not a lot & beautiful looking lady to boot.

Gary - pass my regards on to Jim Kerr then! I'm the guy that delivered the contract to his gaff in the centre of Glasgow when the band signed up with Eagle Rock Entertainment in 2000/2001. I've also bumped into him a couple of times at Celtic Park.

Oh!!.. Almost forgot... great band pics!!

Gary - I still reckon the best concert I saw them is a toss up between the City Of Lights Tour, when they recorded in Paris. I was lucky enough to be there that night!! The other time was seeing them at Glasgow's Tiffany's Ballroom around '81 or '82! The big song on that night was Love Song!! I think is was the Sons and Fascination Tour.

Again, your photos just amaze me. The framing, the moment of capture, excellent! I seriously hope that you are compensated well for this (as a fan? ) Thank you for sharing them.

Love all three of them but love #2 more despite it being an unflattering angle (well I suppose that depends on which 'aspect' of the lady you are looking at) !
