Ive not long purchased a k10 and thinking of buying a flash unit for it.Ive not used a flash unit before and dont imagine it will get a lot of use,so something cheap that works reasonably well.Any recommendations?
Thanks,

Metz 36? It is a half decent P-TTL only flash that can be had cheap if you get the version 4 although the new v5 is not too bad.

I've just bought a used AF360 which looks pretty promising - haven't had chance to use it much so far though but I'm sure others will comment on it

I paid £99 from Ffords who provide 6 months warranty too

This site suggests not - it looks as though you require the Metz 44 up

A Pentax AF 280T served me very well for a while - the flash head swivels and turns. They tend to come up on ebay for about £25 quite regularly.

If you want a newer, full auto model, then I'd say you're looking at about £100 for a secondhand Pentax AF360 (as mentioned above) or Metz 48. Depends how much you want to spend really.
