Flash Options

Hi,

I am looking at a new flash for my K200D. I'm looking at the Sigma EF 530 Super DG and Metz 48 AF-1. Does any one have a recomendations or preferences?

I have recently purchased from SRS the Metz 48 AF-1 for my K20. I haven't had chance to put it fully through its paces yet. But once you get the hang of the menu's it is very easy to use. The unit is well made and I brought it in preference to the Pentax 360 because the head swivels from left to right and it had a slightly higher guide number.
