Flash AF 360 FGZ problems

Hello .
I can not change, the SYNC mode to the High speed Sync mode , or to the other mode.
It´s possible the switch does not work ?

sounds like the switch is stuck or broken?

you should be able to slide thw switch into any position, but then... the camera needs to support the mode for it to work as well.. what body/settings you using?

I´m using the K-5 , the switch slide to left and right , and don´t change in the display the sync mode..

I ready the manual , and the K-5 is not described in the manual, I know it's a flash old, and K-5 is very recent.
I do not know if can have influence, but even with the flash off the body does not change the sync mode,

read your k5 manual.. the display on the flash won't change UNLESS it is in HS mode AND the camera chooses a shutter speed faster than 1/180 sec.
try shutter priority (Tv mode) and set a high shutter speed... see what happens..
