Fish-eye

Does anyone have any opinions on how the 18mm f11 fish-eye Takumar might behave on a dslr (with M42 adaptor of course). It is my belief that it gives a 360 degree image on a 35mm frame so... how might that look on an APS-C sized frame?

It gives a circular image 24mm in diameter, with an angle of view of 180 degrees. Just draw it on a piece of paper and then draw in the APS-C size on top of it.

It was apparently not a particularly impressive lens and I would expect it to be even less so on digital.
