First shots with FA100 macro

Thanks John, the model car shows that is focus just fine, I'll just have to hone my technique of macro on moving objects before I post here again.

This is the tighter crop!!! I wouldn't crop it more because I really like the creamy bokeh and the pink and reddish coloured flowers that frame the picture on each side

I am really sorry I offended you with my sarcastic comment, I honestly meant no offence at all, and I apologise for not praising your efforts.
I hope you will excuse my bad joke, which, really, had absolutely nothing to do with your photographic skills, but rather with a 'legend' of this forum!
As per the challenge; I love challenges, and would love to show off all my macro work; unfortunately I don't do macro at all, and I have big difficulties raising up to the challenge. I post one photograph, and i think its the closest I get to macro
And because it was shot in MF, I think nobody can say that its shot with the old DS....

I did chose a picture which I was pleased with as a whole frame, rather than a crop. But heres a crop from another one which I haven't resized - this was about as sharp as I could get on the day.
I think I should have pushed the ISO a bit more to increase depth of field, but I'm learning and after this effort I've even more admiration for some of the macro bugs we see on this forum
