Lovely city Perth - plenty to see and do. Kangaroos everywhere :
Of course it is winter in Oz just now. According to my son, who lives in WA, their winters are not to different from typical British summers. I generally visit in January/February when the sun is shining every day.

Even visit Scarborough ... Yes the Aussie one is almost as bad as the English one, but at least it is always warm.

Will be based in Perth but still travelling to the Middle East and now Asia later on.
Running about trying to get a house rented.

Big place, Aus.
Very windy and cold with heavy rain.
Plenty of colourful birds flying about and saw my first wild kangaroos today.
Forecast is good for the end of the week so I'll break out the K7.
