Firmware Update for ist DS

I have tried to update my ist DS following the instructions on the Pentax website. However, when I turn the camera on holding down the menu key it tells me that I have firmware version 0.2! As such I can’t upgrade to the new firmware. Would anyone be able to send me the files I need to upgrade to firmware version 1 so I can then upgrade to the next version!?

Contact Pentax. They are usually pretty helpfull.

What is the best way to contact them. I've looked on the website but no luck as yet!

If you go to their website you could use the "contact us" option at the bottom of the photographic page. Better still might be to phone them or failing that write. There is life outside of the internet
