Firmware for K7

My Camera, K7, has been updated to V1-10 and there are three others since then. My question is do I upload all three in order or just the last one. Stupid question, but I do not know the answer.

Download and install the latest firmware upgrade; it contains all changes included in the earlier versions (assuming you want what was in the earlier versions?)

You, only need to install the latest one, it will update everything from the previous ones

Thanks folks, knew it was a silly question and seemed obvious but I though I should check as I always find installing an update a bit of a worry anyway.
