All fantastic Peter. As usual from this series! Been watching the Flickr ones roll in too, a really great set of photos.
And sorry but I've gotta ask, is that last one a real person or a wooden cutout? The pose is so classic it seems unreal anyone would actually stand like that in this day and age

A reasonable question....but no alas, not a real cowbow. He is a sign advertising the museum which is accross the street from the Virginian Hotel where the book (and later film/tv series) "The Virginian" was written.And sorry but I've gotta ask, is that last one a real person or a wooden cutout? More great images Peter. I particularly like 3. Your eye wanders around it trying to interpret the visual information. I love the way it's simultaneously both an abstract and a landscape.
1 makes me smile - it's a neat image. Just a pity that the object of attention (the geyser) isn't more obvious - which would have been absolutely brilliant. But with the fish eye diminishing distant objects this was probably impossible. (FWIW - I would probably have cropped it closer on the left, and then cloned out what was remaining of the person's arm - and the remaining shade in the bottom corner).

Peter, 'Yellowstone Canyon' is a fantastic image, such amazin' scale.

Fantastic set, I love the colours and fisheye effects on some of them.

Classic images Peter great quality, love Old Faithful a great view point and Yellowstone canyon is awesome, what scale! looks like it was taken from the air!

Taking the Old Faithful picture was very frustrating, as other people kept getting up on seat next to me and casting shadows on the foreground subjects. I did get some with the geyser in full gush from this position, but with harsh shadows across the backs of the colourful crowd in front, it ruined the picture.
I just wanted to get a different shot of what is probably the most photographed place in Yellowstone.
