I am not entirely sure what you are asking! Do you mean: "what do you think about putting borders and captions around photos?"

It is an illusion that photos are made with the camera… they are made with the eye, heart and head. Henri Cartier-Bresson
Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.

Damned if I know what a fine art image is but your photos seem powerful enough. Hard to tell about real quality at that size.
I'd suggest you try a critique site like link and see if they offer more advice.
I think if you want to make money you'll be quickly disillusioned!

I really like both of those shots, very moody and atmospheric. I would be proud of either!
Best wishes, Kris.

I like both of these, particularly the Art of Healing. I also really like Speedster, Lipstick Seduction and Golden retriever on your site.

I started getting intrested in photography about a year ago. I'm a wedding DJ who has been in the business for over 14 years. I started working with a company that asks us to take pictures at wedding we do from time to time to promote the company. After doing this I was told that I should try my hand a photography. I started picking up books on photography and progressed to magazines. One issue of the magazine that I get talked about turning your photos into Fine Art Images. I have a attached a few pictures and wanted to see what you thought of them. I'm not sure if they are the right pixal size so if they are too big or too small please forgive me.
Please let me know what you think but keep in mind I have no classroom experience. It's all though magazines.
