Filters in Various Sizes

When you say filter, would that include any polarisers?
I have spent 2 weeks in Scotland assembling and de-assembling my Cokin/Kood filter paraphernalia on my 16-45 lens and I was thinking I should look for a 67mm polariser to save rather a lot of bother.
Any possibility? I would be very grateful.

I like to keep life simple, so even polarisers are the same price. Sadly, I can only find a 62mm linear polariser.

Any ND filters? - especially larger or darker ones.
Also interested in larger size star or cross filters.

The best selection is in 49mm, with smaller quantities of lots of other sizes.

I'm definitely interested in NDs in almost any filter size - and the darker the better. Say ND4 or ND8 and higher.
Not so interested in grad NDs though.
Just noticed that my recently purchased pancake limiteds are 49mm filter thread, so even interested in that size too.
