Fellow Pentaxian spied from a passing steam train
Hi Bob,
First one is very good, love the B+W treatment here. I like the reflection of the train in the carriage window in No2, and No3 definitely isn't me.(the guy has too much hair)
And on the third, although seems the same kind of spot I was last tuesday when police were called in but its not me in this shot. I didn't have a high viz vest and my head doesn't have that shine

Wonder if he has a picture of you Bob, went back to his train spotting mates and said ..hey, I saw a Pentax user on a steam train.
First 2 shots are excellent though, the B&W really suits number one.
I think there may be a much more obvious reason this is not you Amin ... he obviously doesn't go running
I didn't want to mention the point that would definitely confirm that it wasn't me in that shot, more than the running aspect. . I was just going to say "wrong tan" but then got afraid of that I might be crossing the boundaries of poliltical correctness . You never know nowadays
Bob, he seems pretty chuffed with what he must have just snapped, look at his happy grin while looking at the display

I think I would have been grilled the same way if I mentioned that he is of the wrong colour.
There, just said it
But again you saying that he couldn't be me because he obviously doesn't go running could also be discrimnatory towards you know the ones who are a bit on the heavy side
You can never win lol.
Now all that remains is these comments to be deleted
Completely off subject - but I was really happy with this one I took a few hours ago with my lens of choice at the moment whilst on a wander. Just wish it was a bit sharper; should have upped the ISO a little and gone with a faster shutter speed. No idea what bird it is though.

What settings did you have your camera on?
Thats a great shot Bob, You've caught it on the wing just nice, and with an insect in the beak as an added bonus. Looks like a Chaffinch too me, but I could be wrong. Top shot

took a couple of interesting photos, but one of the few times I popped my head out of the window I noticed we were passing a trainspotter. Could'nt resist a cheeky pic. I then realised after he carried a Pentax!
Does anybody here recognise themselves?
