Faded Colours

After PP my pictures are nice and sharp and vibrant in colour.

But once I upload to Flickr the same photo looks like...

It never used to do this, any ideas out there?

I'm glad for this post, because I have noticed it too with mine.
I'm fairly new to flickr.
Do you re-size the images before you upload them??
Hoping somebody can throw some light on the subject.

I'd guess it's because your web browser doesn't support colour management?

After taking advice from an "expert" I am now exporting my pics from Lightroom using JPEG (100%) Pro Photo RGB. Is the problem due to some web browsers only supporting sRGB?

You should be using sRGB on the web.
