I think youd be better off asking that question on the Adobe forum.

Hi Steve,
I'm not a LR user, but I remain sceptical that Adobe develops it's own lens correction.
I think your underlying problem is that the FOSS program lensfun doesn't support it as far as I can see.

You can submit images from the lens and hope that they pick them up and feed them back. This would definitely get them in dark table, but who knows if it would make it to LR?
There are always more lenses to do than resources to do it, so older, rarer lenses may slide.
You can do it all yourself, but I remember it being complicated and errorprone just to duplicate a Tamron lens into the Pentax list.
Probably quicker to just work on the image manually
