that is either the biggest fly I have ever seen or a very fine macro shot
For me - I would like to see the lighting a little less subtle

Certainly a labour of love, impressive dedication. It looks good, I think, but a photo like this deserves to be viewed large and the click through version is too small.

Yeah, I have no idea what's up with this dreadful forum software but however I link it it just shows the embedded link. Can't seem to link it to my Flickr where the large version is, bah.

Ahhhhhhhh, thanks Mike, so instead of embedding the small one you embed the big one, got it. Honestly though it'd be so much more photographer friendly if you could make an image link directly to a flickr page - seems like a cheap way to keep people here rather than going offsite. Why not in a new window if that's the reason for it? Anyhow I appreciate this isn't the place for such a discussion, but still, meh =(

Seriously impressive. There does seem to be something strange going on with the hairs where the body meets the wing, some gaps. But the detail is something else.
