Does anyone know where I can purchase some auto extension tubes for pentax mount.
The place in Oz where i had an order in say the Triplus and kenco tubes are discontinued due to a damaged mold, maybe someone out there has some in stock?
C&C welcome.
Don.

I've seen a lot coming through on eBay...from China, really cheap. Hopefully someone on here has bought a set and can qualify whether the quality is good enough.

Yes Don mentioned them. but he's found that they are no longer available. We had the same problem - we were selling them through the PU shop and then stocks dried up

Chances are, they don't have the pass through contacts, just the 'auto' diaphragm coupling. Seller states that they are "f. Pentax PK".

If anyone is still looking for a set of Pentax extension tubes let me know. I also have some manual pentax lenses. All in good condition, protected by skylight filters since new.

What lenses have you got and how much do you want for them?

I picked some up perhaps 2 or 3 years ago when I had a K110d and wanted to have a dabble with macro without the expense of a lens.

They have a very soft finish and are easily damaged. I used less than a dozen times and the mounts deteriorated, so I binned them.

IMO from my experience its worth spending a little more for some decent finished ones.
